How does Harwinton’s new Food Scrap Collection program work? Harwinton’s Recycling Coordinator Terri Christensen will explain this new 1-year pilot program designed to get food scraps out of our waste stream. Your participation can keep food waste out of our landfills – and wildlife out of your trash cans! Come and learn what it’s all about. All are welcome at this free informational session. Registration is helpful, but not required.
